Un seul mot : Escroquerie !
Nous avons payé 40€/personne pour visiter avec un guide le palais bahia. L’entrée officielle est à 7€/personne sur place.
Le guide n’est jamais venu. Il a prétexté que le palais était fermé (ce qui était peut être vrai !) mais au final, nous n’avons eu aucune date de repositionnée. Nous avons dû repayer à l’entrée du palais pour le vérifier.

I had a great experience. The guide was so nice and he truly gave us a real local experience. The guided tours in Marrakesh were so authentic. The guide made sure we were entertained and having a good time in the city. It completely changed my expectations to super positive in the city. Simplesmente disse que ia dar um desconto de 5%, mandou um cupom que não funcionava.

Prometeu um lugar privativo no deserto e entregou um compartilhado. Fui reclamar e disse que eu deveria ter ligado para ele. Porém, ele se esquece que internet não funciona no deserto.

I had to write this view, so you dont Ever miss out on your most epic holiday experiences in Morocco ever!

I did 3 days, and let me tell you it was epic. From the old medina in Essouria, to the beautiful hills of the Imil village. The medina, you will see historical landscapes, the beach, the boatyard harbour and more..From iconic art work, jewellery, pottery and intricate pieces and rugs that are hand woven and takes time to make.

You will meet the wonderful, friendly people of the Atlas, Imil mountains, see their lush vegetation and mountains, and beautiful cascading scenery. The waterfalls, Lake Lalla, and not to forget the epic and unforgettable camel rides..They even got the squad bikes for you dear devils!

You will get to experience the true taste of Moroccan herbs and tea, visit the argan oil making shop and see how it is done!

I ended my lovely trip with the beautiful Ouzoud waterfalls. The presence and captivting feel near the waterfalls, will live with you for eternity.

You will meet the friendly monkies on entering the falls, just looking for some peanuts, you feed them and they take gently, very curious and bright creatures hehe.

You get to see alot of the local art and crafts also, and ride along the boat right next to the waterfalls, to capture the scenic views. Am telling you this is a must!

and the drivers also cater to your every need, from lunch stops, breaks, to dropping you near or infront your hotel.The managers at Nomad excursions, will liaise with you throughout your experience,prior and during your arrival for every day trip you have.

We had a full day Marrakech tour booked via Nomad Excursion before the devastating earthquake. We followed up with them prior to our arrival in Morocco asking if the tour would be cancelled and we were assured it would not be.

24 hours prior to our tour we receive communication that 2 out of the 7 places are shut down to do the earthquake. When we requested a full refund they declined and offered us only $50.

We should have been told prior to arrival the update on the sites in Marrakech and things that are closed and we should be allowed a full refund since this is not something in our control.

Worst company ever. Just out to get your money. Tours don’t start on time and are rushed. Rude services. Will disrespect other countries and religions. Very poor services. Did not take us to three of the monuments listed on the webpage. This was primarily due to the earthquake that occurred weeks ago. Totally understandable but felt like we shouldn’t have been charged full price. Also, the tour guides are very poor in explaining the history and culture. It was easy to book the waterfall tour we paid via PayPal but he said also we can pay cash to the driver. Very good service. Mini bus was clean and AC was on all the time. We had an amazing experience and all the activities done in Morocco was reserved through Nomad excursion. We went on a 3 day trip to Merzougha desert! We travelled through many places, having the opportunity to experience and create many memories. It really was the best experience ever! The accommodation was above our expectations and so was the food and the daily program.
Moreover, we went on Ourzoud waterfalls, that was one of the best places to visit at Morocco. Lastly, we went on a flight with air Balloon, an experience that you should not missed. Thank you again for everything!!

we very much enjoyed our tour to the atlas mtns with camel tour. our only complaint is we were not given enough information when we stopped in Imlil for our walk up the mtn. Had we known we were going for a walk when we got out we would have carried our water and worn a hat. we also were not informed how far after that long walk that we would have to continue to walk to have lunch. I would suggest the tour guide give more information to the guest BEFORE they get out of the van!!!!
we loved our camel ride and the camel guide took awesome pics for everyone!!!
thank you. we would use this tour operator again, but ask more questions before we embark from the vehicle
